Jack Benny's Neighbor!

Ronald Colman stars (yes, he's Benny's Neighbor) It's unfortunate that of most of the early Suspense episodes which survived have exceptionally good audio quality EXCEPT this one! Nobody's taken the time to clean it up because you don't make a dime for such efforts. I volunteered long ago to do such time consuming work for free, but nobody ever contacted me. Now it's too late, as I'm busy with another classic radio project. Dunwich is a great story and tackled well by Suspense. Listen closely early in the program as the announcer says "Dunnage" rather than Dunwich!

An exceptional production from Suspense of this classic tale by H. P. Lovecraft. I am not sure who the actor is but his voice is so perfectly suited for this role! I am not sure why but I get in this mood sometimes where I listen to this several times in a row and always hear something I had missed before. The audio quality is excellent! Thanks to the uploader for sharing this classic episode of "Suspence."

That was marvelous - if slightly abridged :) One of the actors in this production sounds very much like Basil Rathbone, but I can't find any record of it.
